the demo is amazing. they did a really good job with CoD and CoD2, but I think it was time to go away from WWII, you can only do it for so long :-/ I mean, it would have probably been a good game on an amazing engine, but I think them exploring new areas is better.

yeah im debating whether i want to get it on my xbox or PC.

THe only reason i am considering xbox is the ease of voice communication over the mic/headset and tournaments available

Im getting it for PC, thats where the real competition is at. Also, I like how they did stay away from WWII, but I wish they drop the 4 from the name and just went with COD Modern Warfare, that way they could do 2, 3, etc... with MW.

It's a cool game, runs good on my PC, but it is nothing groundbreaking, it is a quite a bit of the same and sort of boring, so I might buy it eventually but I do not think it is too much fun.

Although I wish they would release a multiplayer demo, maybe that would make me reconsider.

yeah the controllers aren't the most responsive/quickest but once you get used to them, it's not so bad.

I'm going to have a tough decision whether to get this for console or PC in the next few weeks. hrmmmm

I think the demo looks awesome and plays really well.

As much as I'm getting tired of WW2 games I'm also getting tired of all the games depicting U.S. supremacy. I see it on cnn every night.. I kinda wanna break from it from when I'm gaming.

No COD game has ever been about us supremecy, they show the wars from multilpe contries' perspectives. what are you talking about?

And I for one think this game will be great, but the demo sucked, it was very short, beatable in under 5-10 minutes..

this game appears to me to be quite a fantastic game - i dont beleive i've ever playd a demo through so many time for a game. in terms of it being "groundbreaking" im not sure about until the final release comes out. there are alot of things that are not included in the demo (such as the experience points and the classes you can choose) so there is much more to this game than the demo. i cannot wait to get my hands on this game and i think it will be a lot of fun. it is going to be a DEFINITE buy for me the day it comes out.
