    I'm having troubles installing combat arms europe in vista sp2 x64. Keeps coming up with an error cannot find 'DINPUT8.dll'. re-install application. The said file is there, but it can't find it for whatever reason.

    I've tried re-installing, but no success. I've tried in XP mode, and no joy. I've tried running as administrator, but no joy.

    Is this game not compatible with x64, this is what i'm thinking.

    You've downloaded the European version correct? Combat Arms

    I recommend uninstalling it, redownloading the file, and reinstall it.

    hmm.. I'm running the US version of Combat Arms, and it works just fine. Have you checked the Combat Arms forums? I'm sure they can help you there.

    My bad I just read you can see the file. Here's an idea if the game came with a directx8 install trying running it.
