Do you know if Company of Heroes will run on a Toshiba Laptop, Intel Pentium Dual Core T2310 (1.46GHZ), 2GB RAM, and the X3100 graphic card, Vista Home Premium?
Would it help to have 4GB RAM?

I dont know much about the game (how demanding it is) but your GPU is most important in gaming. and a X3100 probably wont work good. Maybe on low settings. Of course, CPU and RAM does matter, just not much compared to the Graphics Card (GPU).
Well, i'd try it on lowest settings and if it works, MAYBE try medium, but it may get choppy.
---Hope I could Help -
Does anybody knows if it runs?

download a demo, if that fails to run then dont buy the game

I agree with havoc.
But in the lowest settings it is almost playable on gma950(my friend played, I probably would not) so if it don't have driver problems you should be able to run.
But try the demo first. -
dont expect alot, probably with everything on low. works alright on an ati x1270, everything at medium tho and some high
