I am extremely into racing games (I have built my own racing cockpit) - and NFS Rivals is a complete abomination on the PC . The game is locked at 30fps, and on high speed chases the game gets unplayable because the frame-rate drops no matter how powerful of a pc you have. If you try to unlock the framerate through a hack in the console, guess what? The game itself speeds up, so at 60fps the game is running twice as fast and is unplayable...

The game is constantly holding your hand through these video tutorials that you cannot exit.... like when you start driving a damn video pops up and you are forced to watch it through to the end, and everytime that something new pops up another video does as well.

Ohhh, and did I forget to mention, there is no racing wheel support? Only xbox 360 gamepad and keyboard support... and two camera angles lol, no camera over the hood or inside the cockpit, you are stuck with one in front of the bumper or behind the car.

Only good thing about the game is that it looks good, nothing more... if you want a good NFS with police chases, nice graphics, and none of the BS that NFS Rivals is filled with, just pick up NFS Hot Pursuit - I recommend this anyday over the abomination NFS Rivals. EA ****ed up the NFS series with this one, avoid this like the plague

I think CoH2 is cheaper on Steam at the moment.

CoH 2 is $20, Collector's Edition is $40. What's the difference? For $20 I'll probably at least pick up standard though. Is the SP campaign decent?

edit: dammit, I just bought CoH 2, then after I buy CoH 2 they give me a coupon for 40% off CoH 2... wt.f!?

In strategy games the requirements are not solely based on how the game looks graphically, but the amount of things going on all at once on the screen. Your pc has to render each and every little thing on your screen, with all the movements and effects, and in strategy games there are tons of units each fighting, moving, etc.
