I'm aware the x3100 is no powerhouse, seeing as how it's an IGP, but before installing Opposing Fronts, the game ran at 30+ FPS for the most part (at low settings, of course). After applying the megapatch (the one that updates the game to support opposing fronts), it has become completely unplayable, even at lowest settings. Whenever I scroll across a map, the framerate drops from the mid 20s/30s to about 1 or 2 FPS. When I stop scrolling, the framerate goes back to normal, or goes back to about half the original framerate. I'm running the latest drivers, and the game is running in software mode (crashes in HW mode). Anyone else experiencing this problem?

It doesn't matter which driver set, or whether I use OF or just vanilla CoH, the latest round of patches ruins the game. Hopefully Relic will put a fix out soon.

It might be that you are having drivers issues, try rolling them back to a previous version for your gfx card. Also, are you using vista or xp?

It's good to know that it's a potentially solveable game issue. Thanks (rep'd)

I've noticed the FPS drop when you scroll too. Seems to only happen in multiplayer.
