    Computer performing abnormally, need suggestions?

    Hey, just thought I'd post here about some problems I've been having with my Razer Blade 14" 2013. Recently, the mouse (when controlled by the track pad) has been prone to cut out completely, sometimes when I search for things in the Windows 8.1 "tile menu," the laptop freezes entirely. Maybe this is just from using it so often, but I've been running diagnostics and scans for viruses and malware, so hopefully it's not that. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what the problem could be and how I could go about fixing it. Thank you so much for all of your help!!
