I was wondering if anyone else had issues with the PC version of this game. When I play, the walls and the models are all invisible. I can see the backdrop, and I can see lenseflares, but for the most part, everything is invisible.
I'm running winXP with a GeForce4 4200Ti X8 and the latest drivers as well as DX9.0C.

Well. I got a Ti4200 too, and had the same problem.
And it's actually not a glitch, it's just that Ti4200 has Pixel Shader version 1.3 and Vertex Shader version 1.1 (atleast mine has)... but to meet the Comndemned: Criminal Origins minimum requirements, both of them need to be atleast version 2.0. So I guessed that was the problem. -
How do I get around that? Can I upgrade the BIOS or do I need a new videocard?

A new video card would be the only way to fix that. You can update the firmware to support new shaders.

Alas, I am broke.
Condemned: Criminal Origins glitch.
