    As the topic says, is it possible to connect an xbox 360 using the vga port of a laptop in order to use it with the laptop LCD?

    use a TV card instead. Go for software decoding as hardware decoding results in lag.

    Adaptec Game Bridge 640x480 resolution, wont look great but you can play and its super cheap and no lag.
