    Constant Freezing in CSS

    Whenever I play a map other than dust and dust 2, my game tends to freeze when im in the game such as italy, compound, train, etc. Is it because my drivers are not updated? I have the X1700 (wonder what I can update it with). But I can barely play a game with bots without freezing. Its quite annoying. Can anyone help out please?

    Its a driver problem.

    catalyst 6.10 or higher fixes it. *recommends catalyst 6.12 , <--- really good XP drivers.. *recommends 7.1 only if you have vista.

    but does 6.10 or 6.12 support the x1700? I know 7.1 does not.
