Hey, I was thinking of playing some games on my notebook while at the airport/on the plane. I was wondering which option would drain my laptop's battery the least: a controller (PS3) connected via bluetooth or a controller (logitech) connected via usb.

Would there even be a significant difference between the two?

    Thanks!

USB would be better on the battery and probably be more responsive too.

yea anything wireless uses more battery and in most situations wireless has more latency as well. if you dont mind the cable comming from your laptop go with usb.

BT uses a good amount of power, USB is going to use less. On a wired circuit if its well designed it takes only a very small amount of power to run it.
