M17xR4. 8gb. Geforce 660m(driver:296.39). Ivy Bridge i7-3610.
Okay, so- when I received my computer I downloaded all my games that I play and everything was fine..ran every game on high-ultra with vsync off 120+..never below 80FPS(on World of Warcraft), 80-90FPS on LoL. Updated all the windows updates, never run programs in background to bog the cpu down. since i've been playing the laptop it has never become hot at all(still doesn't).
Today I turned on my computer- and usually I don't have vsync on and get 80-90FPS on League of Legends(I have not changed any of my graphic settings in Nvidia, all I did was when I first got the computer was change it to maximun performance). I went into a game and have only been getting 33-40FPS, when I turned vsync on I get a weird- 55-60 and sometimes down to 40FPS. Also then checked and restored my nvidia settings and made sure I wasn't running on Integrated and right clicked to run on Graphics card, same ordeal. I loaded World of Warcraft which when I have been getting 120+ on high with vsync off..I logged in to only have 40-50FPS nothing any higher... I redid my assessment and the scores have changed but only by one number..I do not understand what could have happened by restarting my computer but it changed something.
I don't really know what I can do to fix this, I could use some help!

Fat Dragon Just this guy, you know?
A 0.1 change in WEI scores is fairly common between tests. 5.0 and 5.1 indicate that your Aero graphics performance is being measured on the HD4000 integrated graphics.
As for your GPU, I know that Windows Update has updated Radeon drivers before. Maybe it "updated" your GeForce drivers to a lesser version or a version incompatible with Optimus. That's a long shot; I don't think a driver downgrade would make that big a difference, but it's worth checking your Windows Update history anyway.
