Yes, I had a computer with worse system specs and it ran WoW just fine. You might have to tone down the settings to medium or so.

Metamorphical Good computer user
I asked a friend to come over and look at these specs who is big into WoW. He said it should work though not on the highest settings.
-
You could run WoW with a broken toaster. Yes, it will work but if you plan to raid then you will need to turn the settings down.
-
not quite... WoW requires a functioning etch-a-sketch or higher...
The OP's specs should work... just don't expect too much from it. -
WOW is meant to scale very well with PCs...this should be fine.

Yes, it'll run WoW fine on medium settings, best toset to low ifyou're going to raid.
-
Lowest settings for high fps if you plan to raid or do a lot of PVP in battlegrounds.

i'm pretty freakin' sure my roommates desktop at his home is a P3 processor w/ some PoS gfx card.... not positive, but wanna say a later model Voodoo card *sniff i miss the days of getting a Voodoo 3 for my desktop so i could run Everquest: Shadows of Luclin*..... anyways, he had that setup and played wow pretty frequently. that game scales AMAZINGLY well. Games like that and UT3 i'm very surprised w/.
Having an 8600GT can play WoW at native res *1440 x 900* maxxed out, and UT3 same thing, except SLIGHTLY lower resolution.
Anyone know HOW they get it to scale that well? -
It's a really well coded engine.
Could this run WOW??
