    I have been doing some research on it and its rather mixed feelings. Some say it runs great and other said it was nothing but a pain. I want to see what you guys say. People that have vista how does CC:S run on it. Did you have any problems installing it? Thanks!

    Vista SP1 (especially 64-bit) is on par with XP for gaming (except some games like Prince of Persia and Fable). No need to worry.

    Vista x64 without SP1....SP1 = much problems for me. But CS:S runs flawlessly. The only problem I've had is it randomly downloading a map, then saying the map isn't there. Only happened once though.

    Vista runs it all fine.

    I run 32-bit Vista SP1. CSS is perfect, along with ALL OF MY OTHER GAMES.

    With your setup, It will run CSS easily.

    No problems on Vista 32/64bit =)
