Reinstall it do a clean install, do a virus scan, defragment your comp, a nvida geforce can easily handle Css. If all else fails, go to your options and lower your video settings
Can I have your steam account btw? -
ok odd my settings were on the lowest settings but when I changed them to high the game runs perfectly!!! how that works I have no idea lol.

ScifiMike12 Drinking the good stuff
Lowest settings → Game becomes more involved with the CPU
Higher settings → Depends more on the video card
Too bad the source engine is still more CPU intensive no more what setting you revert to.
