Short answer - yes, although at what resolution? XGA or WXGA should be fine.

CounterStrike runs on just about anything. It's the best game ever.

Should play fine - Chaz - I run it at max resolution on my nVidia Geforce Go 7900 GTX.

It should be fine. I have a 6 year old nVidia GeForce 440 Go, and I can run it at 1600 x 1200, at minimal detail settings.
