An old video, but never noticed this part. Just something fun I noticed.
CryTek retained footages of this cancelled game to be used as their tech demo. Around 4:30 is when this cancelled game starts.

Time Crysis?
-
Probably "Crymensions"
-
Or "Time to Cry"?
-
This was just to demonstrate Cryengine 3 on the consoles how it would run. I have seen this video before including an interview with Crytek.
-
No no, later in the video he said that game is not in production anymore so it was suppose to be some spin-off of crysis or something like that. Look you can see arm model is like that soldier is wearing nanosuit
-
Then I probably missed that
Well it could have been a nice game for sure
-
Yeah looks to me it uses POM and other features that are lacking in Crysis 2.
If you look at Crysis 2, everything is flat, not bump mapping or POM, nothing at all. -
CryENGINE 3 > CryENGINE 2. But CryENGINE 3 wasn't applied THAT good in Crysis 2...
-
It could be if they were making PC only game :/
