Have played Crysis before, but just installed on my new rig and when I come to the game menu, i.e. New game, Save/Load, Settings, etc. my mouse cursor will not move to the extreme, outside of the screen, thus not letting me click on an option ! If cursor is hovered near option in the list , some will randomly highlight !

Running Vista 64 and DirectX 10. Read somewhere it might have to do with comp's native resolution and the game resolution !

    Any ideas ?

    Thanks

Try changing the resolution in the game to 1920x1200.
I noticed that when the rez is not set to the native rez of the computer, the mouse is not really on what it appears to be on ;)

I have this problem sometimes. The game launches in full screen mode, but the cursor thinks its windowed. You will have to determine where the cursor actually is (hence the random highlighting) then switch back to windowed mode, then change back, this will fix the issue. (changing the res back and forth will yield the same results)

You can still click the options in the menu, but your cursor won't be on it.
    Give it a try :)

Same problem with many games I used to play...

It has something to do with the Game Overlay GUI something... im not sure

I think the newest update of the game fixed this. However on the old version just alt+enter fixed it for me (switching from windowed to full screen or vice versa, and then change back) also changing the resolution or exiting and re-opening the program fixed it on some occasions.
