Crysis - Anyone have a manually tweaked autoexec.cfg for the performance equivalent of an 8600MGT DDR3?

I lost my own autoexec.cfg that I made myself for the demo. I managed to get it runnings at around 25fps with the game looking like it was between high and very high @ 1280x800 on my G2S-A1 (T7500, 2GB RAM) with the 8600MGT DDR3 OC'd to 550/800 system. I don't want to rebuild it again, so anyone have their own to share?
