    Thanks Chaz!

I hope my feature laptop will run this! But is it ethical to just make such realistic shooters? Will children who play this also be aggressive? Somehow I dont feel right about this...

Did you see how he destroyed that tree! Oh my God!

No. According to an anthology of essays on topic of video game violence in a short book titled "Video Games," games do not make kids more violent. Here's one of those essays, btw: http://www.salon.com/tech/feature/1999/06/21/game_violence/index.html

And a short synopsis of the book:

"Video Games (ISBN--0737711744), is a brief but concise anthology of conflicting opinions and critique taken from various books, magazines, and the internet that were written by a few major players involved in the industry of the video game. The focal point of argument for both sides is the violence in video games. Those opposed to the games present their evidence in defense of their belief that video games harm children -- with most of them relying on the Columbine incedent to strenghtnen their position. While those speaking in favour of the games present facts of a more varied sort -- their supporting evidence seems to make more sense and in fact appears logically more credible. In short, proponents of the industry and its productions (games) hold more water. For example in his article, The Problem of Video Games Violence Is Exaggerated, Greg Costikyan, a long-time game designer (with a degree in Geo-physics) debunks the myth that video games lead children to become violent and perhaps encourage them to kill. Playing Video Games Benefits Children and Video Games Can Be Used for Therapeutic Purpuses, by David Deutsch and "Beyond Online Limited" respectivelly, are also great mind-openers especially for those fearful of the new-age plague that are video games that promises to hypnotize, influence their children. These articles (also available for free on the net) provide extra ammuniation in favor of the games that makes it quite hard to make my kind of a counter against the video game industry. All in all, this collection is worth a read whether you are a concerned parent of a "gamer" child, a curious student of sociology or psychology, a hardened gamer yourself, a professional game-designer, or just a lay person...this one is of interest to anyone involved in anyway with video games. TtTT hath spoken."
