I'm getting between 40 and 60 fps on very high. As you may have read there aren't any advanced graphic settings. The only way to tweak is by changing variables in the code. Theres a thread on these forums for them. *thank you. It runs suspiciously smooth for a crysis game. It's def. A console game. But to be honest I'm glad its not a headache to get it to run smooth. I personally think its gorgeous and plays amazing.

My friend and I reviewed the PS3 copy yesterday, and for a console title it is an AMAZING looking gaming, really pushing what ps3 can do. That said the console game has a number of graphic bugs and tons of slow down, definitely didn't make it out of beta. Getting connected to a server takes several minutes aswell. It definitely looks and runs better on pc.

I didn't do any tweaking. I liked the way it ran from the start so I left it. :)

On my desktop (underclocked ATI 4670, similar to a laptop 4670/5650) i got around 30 fps at low ("gamer") settings and 1440x900, or 35-40 fps at 1280x720, from the multiplayer demo (the game launches tomorrow in Europe). Graphics are very good compared to Crysis at Low or even Medium settings, but some people seem unimpressed with the higher settings.

I only played the multiplayer demo on my laptop (i7 950, 6gb, SLI GTX485m's) and found it all strangley slow to move and blurry, not like the FPS was low but just that everyhting seemed slow like i was moving and looking encased in jelly! - clearly hard to describe and not sure if it is always like that. I'm just used to HL2 where ehen you look around with the mouse, it is crisp and instant.

That's because it was essentially designed for the consoles.
