I hope this topic wasn't brought up before. If it did, my apolozies. Anyhow i just got the demo for crysis and call of duty 4 installed and played for little bit. Setting were at medium for both games. In call of duty 4 i noticed the textures start going missing and just shows "plane Colors" on the sight scope and some walls. also for the crysis is lagging, which i was sure that it would run at medium fine. Even everything is on the low settings both shows lags. Any ideas how to solve this?
the graphic driver has been updated to recent ones:174.93
Currently running on the Vista business (direct x10 might be activated?)
    Or some other problems?
    thks.

Well the demo's will be alot buggier than the updated retail versions of these games. Try 169.09 as it's a good driver for crysis, and shut down all background processes such as an anti-virus or object dock to free up cpu and ram. Also not sure about the crysis demo but try right clicking on the crysis.exe\shortcut and select play in dx9. Hope this helps :)
