    Crysis Keeps Running On Window's Mode!!!

    soo i just installed crysis when i click on it to run it pops up in windows mode(minimized mode)!!!! i tried clicking on the enlarge button but nothing happens, can someone PLZ help me out, i just bought this game today and this is a bad start so far.

    p.s. after i dl the 1.2 patch from crymod.com what do i do next =(

    After you start the game, look into options, and make sure that you checked "fullscreen". For some reason, it sometimes uncheck it for you. If that doesn't help, then I have no idea.

    Yeah it's just a checkbox in the options menu.

    Another thing you can do if that doesn't work is to go to the shortcut properties and select maximized in the Run: dropdown box. Selecting full screen in-game sometimes doesn't work for me so that's what I do instead.

    the checkbox thing was hte problem THNX ALOT FOR YOU HELP!!! i feel so stupid now...............

    If you run it at native resolution, it will automatically run at full screen mode at startup.

    When I was playing Warhead... and I think Crysis as well, even though it was set at Native res and fullscreen mode, it would still start in windowed mode... but fill the whole screen. A quick alt+enter fixed the problem though.
