When I run this game. At some point, it goes little slow. But it works excellent in 1920X1200 all the time. I have 2.4 GHz Core2Duo.
Do u think its because of Processor?

Could be many reasons. Can you also list the some other specs? RAM, Video Card etc.

Have you tried updating the drivers to see if that makes a difference?

Probably a bug with the driver from lowering the resolution.

Have you tried lowering your display's res from the desktop and then running the game?

Processor doesnt have a problem with the game, Crysis warhead now has some Stutter problem with SLI that could happen once in a while, happens to me too. after the little stutter/Pause it gets fine again.

crysis is not demanading on the cpu at all. what do you mean by "slow" as in 60fps droping to 45fps? or does it become unplayable? in the first case its normal. second case may be a game bug? what do those temps on your video cards look like?

Slow means it runs slow at once and drops 50% of fps and goes back to normal.
If there is more gunfires then it slows done at some place

Turn down "particles" from the settings menu if gunfire lags gameplay.
What settings do you play at?

What drivers are you using would be my first question. And what FPS are you getting exactly?

lol okay that's a start. Download the program GPU-Z then on the very first tab it will say what driver version you have. Post back whatever it is.

hope you dont mind me adding on my issue, they may be the same

my framerates (all enthusiast except one is gamer, 20-40fps) are fine but when i turn in a new direction for the first time the whole game freezes for half a second and completely takes me out of the action, and it does it all the time when i enter new areas. when its a large new area the game literally skips like a cd for 30 seconds, and it completely ruins cutscenes. its like its constantly loading new textures or something and my computer cant load or stream them fast enough or something. ive noticed some ugly textures that i dont remember being in crysis. as soon as i run around an area and what i assume is get everything to load in it works just fine...

i just got the game yesterday so i was hoping to solve it before moving on. is this the same problem? is there a fix?

vestibule1443 try using enthusiast setting for post processing and turning up motion blurr all the way. I noticed the same problem with my 4870 and even though my fps dropped a little, the game has become significantly more playable.

that helped a bit i guess when its only minor. i still think the choppiness is being caused by something more serious though. i just got my second blue screen of death during one of the times it skipped like a cd for 30 seconds.

i dont remember when it was last time but this time it was on the first level when you first see the open area with the beach and the ship in the distance and the plane flies over and bombs the ship. the game says "use B for binoculars" or something like that and when i did and it zooms in everything froze and the audio started skipping for maybe 30 seconds and then the BSOD...

im trying to narrow down whats causing it heres my thoughts:

videocard: my 9800gt is overclocked but i had literally just opened the game to test if these settings helped so i wouldnt think it would be the heat... could it be that its overclocked and thats all? could it be a driver issue?
harddrive: ive had trouble lately with defragging my harddrive, it says defragmenting and then doesnt finish, after hours and hours. could it be the harddrive failing to load or stream stuff properly?
    RAM
: BSODs are memory errors which would indicate a RAM issue right? im running memtest right now and i dont have any errors yet after about an hour.
