Crysis warhead is soo short!!!!

I started this game on sunday and i have been playing it for 2 hours daily and that too, moving on slowly. I attacked a few aliens and that's it, the campaign is over..I mean What's all this about crytek?? Such a short campaign??i'm sure my 7 years old cousin could have completed it in less than a day.

lol. You FINALLY played it? I picked it up the day after its release, played the whole game in a few hours, and now I forgot that it was sitting in a dusty corner of my dorm. Thanks for reminding me.

I agree it was short, but I'm sure they are working really hard on the ACTUAL sequel. I'm actually really excited to see what they are going to cook up.

I haven't played the mission in a long time but yeh I think it is shorter than crysis. I don't really mind though... I'm not a huge crysis fan but I do appreciate it somewhat the graphics mainly

I play most any game I get on easy. I play for the storyline mainly, that's usually what drives me through most games. I do like the gameplay often but now that I think of it, it's really the storyline that I want.

 

OHH!! me to I love halo and crysis basically those are the only games I play other than COD4 and old Rainbow six games

 

If that is true, then if you haven't played the Half-Life/HL2 series, you probably should.

 

Isn't it like half the length of Crysis? I needed 2 sleepless nights to finish Crysis.

 

True, I probably should. I have heard of half life but have never gotten it... I will get it sometime though... thanks for the reminder

Hmm, I'll read up on half life cause I'm not even sure how many half life games there are. Is there half life 1 and half life 2? I'll wiki it in in a moment

 

Don't count on a sequal quite yet. If you remember, prophet also had a seperate, unknown storyline. Psycho got the alien, prophet got the gun. You found out how psycho got the alien, in the next one I'm betting you found out how prophet lived and got the pwngun.

Crysis: Exploration

 

If the game is as short as you guys say, is it still worth buying if you havn't played Crysis Warhead?

 

thats why they threw in crysis wars with it too make it look like you got alot more then was given...left 4 dead is a pretty good game too i picked that up for $30 along with warhead this past weekend and I just got world at war today...havent tried that though im hoping it was worth it >_>

 

I played it on normal. I couple of headshots and cloaking and the gang attacking me is dead. 4-5 shots from the gauss rifle and the "mother alien" is dead. ~10 shots from the pax gun and the exosuit is dead. How I wished i could have used the pax gun for a longer time. If only the game had continued..

The most interesting part was killing the baby aliens. I cloaked myself and went in front of them, pointed my gauss rifle towards their heads and blasted them off!!!!

I blasted 2 koreans with a single blow from my gauss rifle!!!Head shot!!!

@geo3tech: It was a nice game. If you have friends who have the game, you may give it a try at their places.

 

I thought it was suppose to be a trilogy. Thats just what I remember reading before warhead came out.

 

Yeah the pax gun was cool but when i took that big piece of crap down, it owned me a couple of times till i used cloak i though they would be more then it was finished and i was like ? I wanted more usage on that gun...

Yeah i agree though the whole game was very short..
