Will my laptop, "Jeri", in my sig run Crysis on Low-medium settings or not?

    Lowest playable resolution.

    Thanks!

Yes and no. I have a 7700 and it will run low/med and low res at around 25fps

Yes, it can run it. The minimum GPU requirement for crysis is the Nvidia 6400 GT. However, You'll have to run everything on low res and details to get decent frame rates.

    lol.....

The card will struggle. I would say download the demo to make sure.

I would guess it should be playable at low-med settings (you have a decent CPU so physics at med) at a low resolution like 640x480 or similar.

Lol.... I would actually like to know too!
Although I name my 3 laptops as "big computer" for the c90s, "medium computer" for my w7s, and "small computer" for my EeePC.

Networking purposes? All of my computers have names, albeit slightly more self-descriptive ones than "Jeri."

It should be able to get away on low GFX settings, possibly medium. Since 7600 Go=~7600GS on the desktop and the 7600GS>6800, then that tells us that the 7600 Go is sufficient enough to run Crysis. Therefore, I come to conclude that "Jeri" can run Crysis but just expect some turbulence(Lag). Other than that, HAPPY CRISIS!

"Jeri" Stands for Jeri Ryan from star trek. She is amazingly sexy...

Dont worry, only cool people name their tech after sexy beasts. My MacBook is Yoko and my N95 is Nia. Both from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

Yeah, naming your PC is normal. With XP there's a PC name and a PC description. At my university (hell it's been over 10 years, damn!) all our machines had unique "human" names. You got used to calling them that. I think its pretty cool.

Crysis will run just fine on your laptop. I have a nx9420 as a backup lappy , with Core Duo 1.66 ghz, atix1600=geforce go 7600<7700 , and it runs nicely on all low and 800x600.
