good thing im korean :D but i wouldn't be too sure about that. Although the game is being co-produced by Crytek Seoul, I'm sure crytek will release a North American version of the game.

I won't complain about free. Are they trying to compete with the new browser Battlefield4Free game?

I thought you could only put links to your own website in your sig?

Bet xxERIKxx is right, we probably wont get it (or it might take a long time).

So this could either be really awesome new IP or a flop. This will be the what 5th to enter into a free to play market, with Battlefield, counterstrike, americas army, and combat arms, and Quake live (im not sure if you can still play for free on this) to deliver a free to play service FPS. Now whats upsetting is this is being locked to korea, or so the news report makes it out to be, which means this and counter strike online miss a North American view.

We just need one good F2P FPS that shows how to do it right, with constant map packs and weapons, because im tired of paying 50-60 bucks for a game that I only bought for its multiplayer( Namely Battlefield, Modern Warefare, so on).

I wish MAG for PS3 would have done better, to show developers the right way to build a multiplayer game. I think the industry though is ramping up for either Microtransactions like the F2P Model , or maybe alternatively 30 bucks for a 'base' and then additional map packs.

The other problem I see with these kind of games and I have no clue if this is true or not is, if you don't spend money on a better gun, are you instantly put at a disadvantage. Now, arguably this model may lead to gamers saving, and I say this by if your a sniper only kind of guy, you'll only buy a sniper so you've spent only 1 dollar on the sniper, of course this won't be the case, everyone will buy tons and if you don't have a certain gun you'll be shot down time after time</rant >.

Aswell I don't understand why developers aren't putting ads in their load screens, L4D2 and even MW2 have atleast 30 to 1 minute load screens, easily could be filled with a quick ad for nike shoes, I wouldn't care, would drop the price of my game and its something I could either ignore or actually be marketed properly too, Im going to be sitting there, maybe I switch to cable for that minute but if the ads were good why not? I could this being a problem purposely increasing load times for advertisor space.

Another thing does anyone know how to play Counter Strike Online here in north america?
