I went through 2 mics already. First i had a noname brand mic which would have grany quality and eventually didnt work. THen i got a logitech with good quality, but the mic distance was too short and was not flexible. Is there some program witch makes the recgonition louder, or makes the sound card louder.
BTW the mic is the logitech premium sterio headset...

plz help i paid 30 bucks and i need help!!!

double click on the little Mic application in the system tray (or go to the Control Panel, then the System and Audio Devices Properties, then hit the Advanced button on the Volume tab), then you get the mixer. If "Microphone" isn't one of the sliders, you can go to Options->Properties in that dialog and enable Microphone. Then move the Microphone slider up as far as you feel you need to. That should fix it for you. If it's already maxed, not sure what you can do.

Depends on whether it's in-application, or the system level. I'd bet they don't adjust the system level, which would mean the volume is being limited by Windows, rather than the game, and the game is unable to work around that.
