    I'm playing:

    Warhammer 40k: Dark Crusade
    Battlefield 2142

Thinking about buying Company of Heroes because my brother says it's fantastic but for now I'm still having a lot of fun with DC. Battlefield I bought because I just needed a shooter, I loved BF: 1942 and Desert Combat, and I needed something different (BF2 felt a bit too played out).

So, what are you all playing until you fingers bleed?

Company of Heroes, Company of Heroes, and Company of Heroes. Prior to that it was BF2 and Dawn of War, but COH really overshadows DOW in every possible aspect.

BF2142 at the minute, it's pretty much the only game I have.
About 10 more should be arriving soon, I ordered them ages ago.
So I guess it'll be CoH and DoW then, plus a few others.

I disagree. It definitely overshadows it in singleplayer, but in multiplayer, DoW still has its advantages. (Apart from everything else, they just require different playing styles, so as far as I'm concerned, there's room for both).
But nothing can match a DoW match in sheer "*I'mgoingtodie"-ness, or frantic pacing and of course, brutality :D
    Mmmm...
Comparing CoH and DoW is like comparing chess and, uh... American football, possibly... :p

I'm holding off on Company of Heroes until I can steal it from my brother but really waiting for Supreme Commander. Already pre-ordered it and not comes the waiting impatiently...

Believe it or not im juggling like 8 games right now. I'm in school so i have about 2 hours out of a day to play and there are just so many good games out there that i've never got around to playing. my PC gaming addiction started about 4 months ago along with xbox 360.... i seem to be playing more catch up with PC games since i've never gamed on my PC till about September.

    PC:
    Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War
    Company of Heroes
    Half life 2 episode 1 (i just beat HL2)
    Far Cry
Call of duty 1 and 2 (online play)
    Sam and Max episode 1

    Xbox 360:
Rainbow six vegas!!!!! aweseom awesome game!

i'm just glad i have the 360 for newer more graphically intense game since my 9800PRO can't give me the eye candy that my 360 can... i.e. rainbow six, ghost recon, fight night. but i still prefer mouse and keyboard.

I am not really playing any games right now. I really want to buy Company of Heroes, but I don't like buying games for $50, especially when target had it for $35 of few weeks ago. I played it at a friends house and it was great. I was playing Dark Messiah a little while ago, but I beat it. Not a bad game, but not the best. It came with my GPU for free.

I generally only go out and buy a game if I've played the previous one out. Most of the reason I'm so far behind is my long time addiction to Counter Strike years ago, followed by a couple years of Everquest, followed by nothing for a while then recently Dawn of War and company (with some Homeworld 1 and 2 thrown in for good measure). I think Battlefield will hold my attention for a while but I'll be ****ed if Supreme Commander doesn't have me excited.

I completely missed Total Annihilation when it first came out and recently found a used copy online and snatched it up because you just can't use a copied version of that game since the music doesn't work. Nothing else I've seen really grabs my attention at least not like the current tidal wave of good games out there.

I could probably go out and drop a week's wages on new games if I really wanted to and be happy doing it, which is why I stay faaar away from Best Buy most of the time.

Ha, I recently started playing Monster Hunter Freedom again. I had picked it up awhile ago, and despite the amount of time I put into it, I never progressed very far.

Doing somewhat better now, almost done with the Village Chief quests. Having the right gear can make a big difference in this game!

I have a number of titles that I can't run suttisfactory on my current rig DV6000t  but I can't get enough of Madden NFL'07 and my long time favored BHD which stopped working a few month ago due to disk damage

I also kind of like shooting in RO but it hasn't hooked me up yet like BHD did...

Star Wars BattleFront II. Great game. Especially if you love Star Wars.

And although Medieval II is no doubt much better, I still really get into Rome: Total War. Eventually I'll play it out enough to upgrade to the new one :).

LOL, and Unreal Tournament 2004 is awesome. Playing without the disk is a nice plus there.

    farcry - high

and most are set at 1024x768.

C&C 3 doesn't make me feel all tingly. All I could think when I was looking at the screenshots is "Oh, it's Command and Conquer, yep that definitely looks like C&C, whee". It's great that there are aliens and whatnot but I just can't get excited about another Command and Conquer game that looks like it has the same gameplay.

Maybe I just haven't delved deep enough but it doesn't look like they incorporated anything besides units which you can build up using scavenged pieces of dead stuff that eventually become unstoppable...wooo that sounds great. I may buy it if they got rid of the super weapons because they completely ruined Generals (in my opinion) but I'd rather pray that Supreme Commander turns out great and they fix all the beta problems before release.

well on cnc 3 if you played the older ones vs the zero hour version then you would totally know that game play is way different and if you were good then super wepons didnt matter. and you could also build units/upgrade out of deadstuff in zero hour and generals anyways(had to be the terrorist side) This game is a contiuation of the old original ones generals and zerohour were totally different than the originals.

yes superweapons can be unfair like with china and all their hackers then buying lots of superweapons but all you have to do is limit them or make a rule not to use them.
