This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I'm not sure if this has been posted already or not (not at least in the 1st 4 pages).

    D2D is celebrating 6 years and during all september they will have both weekly deals (like 6 or 8 games) plus two daily deals.

    D2D is such a pain with there DRM compared to steam, or is it just me?
    I mean D2D you download, install, activate. Doesn't sound bad but if your like me and often moving between hardware its really annoying when you install a new game friday night on a long weekend and you've run out of activations and have to email them to tell you got a new laptop..... then wait for them to get back to you.

    ^ I don't really mind the DRM as much as the cumbersome patching and organization issues when compared to something like Steam or Impulse.

    If you only own a few games it would seem no big deal, but when your collection grows to dozens (or hundreds) of games, these features are a godsend.
