    Hi all,
    I have a DELL XPS M1530 and would like to run CIV 5 game on it. Is it possible?
    I need to know before buying
    The operating system is VISTA

    Protip: He has the laptop already and is asking about buying a game for it.

    It will mainly depend on if you have the integrated intel graphics chip or the dedicated 8400m/8600m gt nvidia chip. It may run on low with the intel chip, it should run fairly well on low/medium settings with one of the nvidia cards.

    It's compatible with Vista so that's not a worry.

    Steam has a free demo of it, so I would recommend you download that and see how it runs before buying. If you don't have steam already it's free to download and make an account (then the demo is also free).

    Oh, I read "I need to know before buying", and I totally thought that was for the laptop. My bad.

    EDIT: Moved to gaming, but as the above poster said, if it's compatible with Vista, I doubt there should be any issues.
