alright so i got on youtube last night and saw a video titled "Napoleon: Total War DLC Trailer" in my Sub Box. My first thought was "AWESOME. CA is going to go against the grain and FINALLY put America or something like that into the game!" then i watched the trailer, and, i was really disappointed to find that after the game released for about 2.5 years, they are NOW deciding to release the physical copy pre order bonus and another pack called "The Imperial Eagle Pack." so i thought on the subject, and i think im going to buy imperial eagle pack, not the other cause i already have it.
But the ultimate question im trying to raise here, is, even though there are plenty of games that have bad DLC, is there or should there be a kind of moral line where companies should understand that the DLC they pump into a game, that already has a successor mind you, isnt going to do much, especially in the case of NTW because i havent seen any new content in a long time to that game, and the content there wasnt even that good, and only focused on a few new things.
So... what do you all think? i think that there comes a point where a game becomes to old and doesnt have the fanbase to back it for there to be a good DLC, but thats my opinion.
