Everything is now uploaded for replay from the $1.6 million dollar dota2 invitational. If you guys have never checked it out, the game is a lot of fun to watch for any hon/lol/dota players: The International - Dota 2 - Home. Their blog has some particularly fun highlights from the tournament as well: Dota 2. If you guys are interested in beta you can opt-in now too. Be warned that it's not particularly newbie friendly to watch if you haven't played a similar type of game.

Really excited for Dota 2 and was pretty impressed with what I've seen at Gamescom. Na'vi played flawlessly!

I used to play it quite heavily a couple of years ago. Now I'm a little rusty when it comes to this game.

Unfortunately, the community is rather impatient and harsh with newcomers/beginners, but that is mainly because it is so dependent on team work and one mistake (whether it is timing or builds) can make or break a game at a high level.

I'm not really keen on jumping into Beta for now. I might just wait out the actual realease.
