    Have any of you guys ever heard of Darkspore? I just got an invite to join the Beta (I can only think it's because I just bought/registered Dead Space 2?), and I was wondering if it would be worth checking out. The wikipedia page makes it sound a bit interesting.

    I played it.. as a huge Diablo/RPG fan, I can't say I really enjoyed it. I streamed it for a group of maybe 40-50 viewers and the ones that did comment said the gameplay was very bland. I'd have to agree with them, but the game is still in its early stages

    I'm a huge action/RPG fan as well. Thanks for the info. I probably won't have the time to mess with the Beta, especially if it's "bland", so I'll send the invite to whoever is interested.

    Played it at PAX and couldn't say it had any noteworthy things about it. That was half a year ago though, so who knows now.
