I enjoyed the singleplayer campaigns for both DoW II and Chaos Rising so I would say it's a good deal. Hard to say how long is it (I'll just say it's not short coz it took me a good while to finish all the missions) but I find it quite addicting once you start levelling up + getting more awesome gears in those missions. :D
Not a fan of the normal multiplayer matches but I had lots of fun in the "The Last Stand" 3 players co-op mode. :)

    its well worth it!
the campaigns had lotsa character and i actually liked the story.
the single and multiplayer/custom games are quite different though.
single player is more like an action/loot hunt/leveling game similar to diablo while the mp/custom battles is an rts.
the last stand is the best multiplayer mode but it aint no rts too.

Both campaigns are great, but if you are choosing just one, go with Chaos Rising. it's pretty epic.

Really though, you should buy the bundle.
