I really wanted to buy this game but i heard it runs slow even on a dekstop 460GTX with quadcore cpu. Anyone here tried the game on a mid end laptop?

I don't have the most powerful machine on the market (specs in sig), but 90% of the time I can run any game Med-High settings (including Crysis).

But DR2 runs awful, even on the lowest settings. I find the sound get's a little choppy, and sometimes the frame rate get's choppy too.

I made a whole list of the Pro's on Con's of this game in the DR2 thread (use the search bar to find it), and basically if you don't like being under a time limit the entire game, I probably wouldn't get it.

I have the game myself And it runs great on my laptop.... The pic shows what settings I have it at and it is running at 40-55fps, The game itself looks fine on the settings I have... I am not sure why people are having a hard time with it
