    I have not played the first release and was looking forward for the second one.
    Anyone gone through it? How is the game?
    Gamespot gave it 8.5 review and as of GS,
    The Good
    Campaign starts strong and ends strong
    Dismembering necromorphs is as thrilling as ever
    Some great new necromorph types
    Wonderfully atmospheric visuals and sound design
    Exhilarating multiplayer.

    The Bad
    No significant gameplay advances over the first game
    Single-player falls into predictable rhythm for a while
    Some dull objectives.

    If I were you I would play the first one first. :)

    This one is just like the first but even more polished. It's a great game, good storyline etc. I highly recommend not skipping ahead.

    yea great game, one of my favorites, I to went for the multiplayer and am loving it.
