    I would like to buy a notebook with the following:
    - Amd 64 (2.0 Ghz)
    - 2 gigs of ram
    - 256 mg video card
    I wanna spend most 1,700$. Is it possible?? Which gaming notebook would u guys recomend below 2,000$??

    I would check out the upcoming Asus models (their build quality is amazing).

    Actually, I think there is a way that people are getting ahold of the XPS for around that price. There was a thread here: http://www.notebookforums.com/showthread.php?t=143462

    Just $75 more than your price range, and it will definitely be "decent" with a 7800GTX in it!!
