I own the Dell Inspiron 6000 Laptop, with this config:
    -32GB Hard Drive
    -1024MB DDR2 RAM
    -1.6GHZ Single-Core Intel Centrino Processor
    -ATI Mobility Radeon x300
I have been able to run Half-Life 2 on this laptop, and that is about it. I was wondering how much of an upgrade this laptop would be, in terms of gaming, from this one.
    HP g62-339wm
    -320GB Hard Drive
    -3GB DDR3 RAM
    -2.1 GHZ Dual-Core Athlon II P320 Processor
    -ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250
    Thanks for the help!

Depends on the price you are getting your new one for... overall that is a decent upgrade to what you have but it all depends on price as you might be able to do better with the same budget
