Hey guys. I have a Dell N7010 and I initially thought that I would not want to game on it at all so I just went with the integrated graphics chip. But now with some games coming out that I want to play I wanted to see if anyone happens to know if I can put a better graphics chip/card in this laptop? I have not been able to find much information online about the mbd that is in this laptop and I haven't opened it up yet as I didn't want to start tearing into it if there was no chance that the graphics could be upgraded. Thanks in advance.

Well, if it is the integrated chip then you're out of luck because it's practically glued into the motherboard. So you can't upgrade it.

Can use the expresscard or mPCIe (wifi) slot to do a DIY ViDock. A GTX460 x1.Opt setup will get you 10 times faster performance than your IGP.

Excellent. That is definitely something I will want to look further into. So I assume it is safe to say that my Dell N7010 has an ExpressCard 1.0 slot and not the 2.0? I was also curious how much of a video card my laptop would run? I have the core i5 and 6 gigs of ram in my laptop if that helps at all.. Thanks.
