    Translates to a ~5-15% performance increase

    3dmark06 scores are also a matter of drivers, OS and CPU.

    ...but more a matter of DDR2 vs DDR3. You're looking at 3250-3400 stock DDR2 scores and 4100-4300 DDR3 scores.

    :rolleyes: 9500M GS scores better than the usual 8600M GT DDR2 as well.

    And OS/CPU/driver scores can be a huge factor.

    A bad driver will bring your scores down faster than anything else, with the possible exception of the utter removal of your GPU.

    But again, hardware is hardware, which will be the biggest difference, barring extremely poor configurations.
