    Hello all,

Many of you probably know this list of GPUs from notebookcheck.net. I'm looking for a similar list but for desktop GPUs. Can someone point one out for me?

    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks melthd.

If anyone can provide a similar list but with benchmarks, it would be even more helpful.

techpowerup does some nice side-by-side comparisons as part of their reviews.
See relative performance of current desktop GPUs. If considering a desktop gpu for a DIY ViDock setup consider the results are somewhat skewed due to:

    - the x1 1.0 link is your bottleneck for performance
    - ATI and Nvidia have different bandwidth requirements. ATI appears to be better when bandwidth limited.
    - a x1 2.0 or x2 1.0 link performs much better and opens the door for higher performance video cards.

expresscard 2.0 (x1 2.0) to be released this year will make desktop video card usage in notebooks a much more attractive proposition.
