    I have done a performance test on my Acer Aspire 6935G with DMC 4.My system come with Nvidia 9600m GT.
    Under the same setting,i have very difference result when running under direct x 9 and 10.My system score so much better when under direct 9 condition.Why is that so?

    DX 9 is less demanding on your system than DX10. If you compare DX9 screenshots to DX10, you'll see the difference.

    It's about 10% in the performance hit on my system from DX9 to DX10. Although there is a noticeable improvement in DX10 graphics it's not much and not worth the performance hit in my opinion.

    go for DX9 mate, since you arent putting insane amount of AA, you'll not see the difference between DX9 and DX10.
