    so i just runed d3 beta beta on my m17x r2 with single 5870m
    runs like a charm 50fps minimum on highest settings with 1920x1200res.

    this info is for some people that dont know if d3 will run smoothly on their babes.
    i'm pretty much set :)

    Thanks for the info fling, appreciated. Im really looking forward to the game. How did the graphics look in it? tbh I was hoping they'd make it more demanding graphically, but it is blizzard after all.

    graphics looks OK, as you can see on many youtube videos.
    And yes, they could 'add' something to make it more demanding/better looking.
    EG charakter detail - for me the current textures are not enough.

    Anyway i give 9.5/10 for overall graphics - it is very nice polished game.
    btw i have v-sync enabled and the game stays at 60fps most of the time (like 90% of the time)

    and it doesn't look like cartoon at all

    I have a m17x and the beta scan only reads my crappy Intel Family graphics card.. how do i get it to read the 560m instead??

    I am running it on my Clevo maxed out at 720p without any problems. Looks very good, IMO. They did an (big) evolution on DII, instead of trying to reinvent the wheel. I am happy with that. I´ll glady let it destroy my social life again.

    Had the same problem. Updating the video drivers to 285.62 solved it.

    Great news, but I was totally expecting this to be the case. Decent dual GPU notebooks will handle this game at playable levels using just one of the GPUs.
