Did anyone ACTUALLY tried Assassin's Creed on ATI MOBILITY HD 3450 or saw anyone playing with it?

I want to get Assassin's Creed but I want to make sure if I'll be able to run it. But I wan't to know if anyone actually saw ati mobility hd 3450 playing this game. I can get it for my PS3 :D but I really feel like getting it for my laptop. Will the game Lag? Also, will it run smooth? I already tried the "Can My Notebook Run It?" but everyone just puts their opinions up.. Other Specs are in Sig.

wow thats a hopeless question, there lies ur ps3, and u expect to play AC on a 3450? Its a no brainer on what you would choose...

To keep it simple, the game will struggle but maybe playable at low/really low settings on 1280x800 res. The 3450 is not very good in gaming.

Just a question though, why would you choose the pc version over the ps3 version? I played pc version and i find it much more enjoyable with joysticks because its not a first person shooter and joysticks are pretty good for this game.

It doesn't have to be 1280x800 res. Any other good sandbox games?
P.S. How will orange box games run on my laptop? Mostly looking at Team Fortress 2

Orange box should run ok. I played through episode two with a 2600XT and never had any fps issues.

But isn't the 2600XT on par with the 8700M GT? (laptop, or 8600GTS for desktop). There's a big differences

Well, any game right now will run on a 3450 but not very great. It's still stronger than any integrated cards...so low settings 1280x800 should be playable for every game, except maybe Crysis or GTA 4

my studio 17 with 3650 ati can play crysis at 20+ fps avearage on all med seetings with 1440x900 res. granted its on windowed mode, but it still looks very nice.
ofc, 3450 can play creed too if you adjust vvedio settings acordingly.

There was a whole thread for Assassin's Creed with all different kinds of spec and benchmark information. All you need to do is spend 30 seconds for the search function.
