    I have an HP X16-1354CA. It's an Intel P7350 and nVidia 130M.

The GPU and everything else stays in the optimal temp range under stress.

But the CPU....programs report different temps for it. For example (under load with Orthos stress tester, highest core):

Coretemp reports 65C, the same as Speedfan and Real Temp
    Everest reports 82C
    CPUID Hardware Monitor reports 76C

Who should I believe? Where exactly is Everest and CPUID HM getting those from?

use "real temp" to monitor cpu temps, it uses the real tmax for intel mobile processors which more accurate temps, note that the temps real temp gives are prolly going to be higher than your current temps since most programs use tmax of 85 and rt uses 100 so when everest said i was chillin at 50 i was actualy warm at 65

You can change the tjmax in the HWMonitor ini file. I believe the correct value is 105C.
