how diffrent are these 3 video cards? like, are they diffrent enough to affect my gameplay on games like WoW, CS:S, and using photoshop.

    -256MB NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) Go 7400
    -(I believe 128MB) NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) Go 6150
    -ATI RADEON® Xpress1150 256MB HyperMemory™ (Integrated)

im looking at 3 diffrent laptops, and they each have that diffrent videocard.. are they diffrent enough to make an affect? (i know they are in order from worse to best, but is the diffrence significant?)

    Yes, it makes a difference.

The 7400 will be much better than the other two.

The most powerful of the group would be the 7400.. You most likely won't get the good performance on Counter-Strike Source on any of those.
    Links for the laptops?

Also next time please read Chaz's Mobile Graphics Card Info page before posting a video card theard.

so, then i should get the dv6000, since the videocard makes that much of a diffrence?

i know this is getting off topic, but is it possible to recommend me a computer within the 1100ish price range, with a deal then what i currently find?

that dell is the e1501, not 1505

that is a pretty good deal

though if you expand your budget by 200, you get get a compal 80 or compal 30 or s96j

all of which will have 2x more gaming power then the dv6000

The source engine (especially in CSS which doesn't include all the bits and bobs of HL2) seems to be -like UT2004- quite kind on resources. I reckon all three would run it ok but the 7400 will of course be a lot better than the other two.

Is there an up to date comparison between the xpress 1150 and the 6150 Chaz?
