New 1530 XPS With Vista Home.

I'm trying to play Star Wars Galaxies and it worked on my other Vista 1730. I get this "Direct 3D can not be initialized" error and "try reinstalling DirectX". But I have Direct X 10 and I cant seem to un-install because it doesnt show up in Programs and Files.

Any other possible reason for Error?

    Thanks!

You can't uninstall DirectX since it's part of the Vista OS, what you can do is reinstall the latest libraries from Microsoft's website which should help overwrite any corrupted or missing files in your current configuration. You won't need to uninstall before performing the reinstall process.
