This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Discrete Memory = Dedicated Memory?????

    When you see mobile graphic cards listed with 128mb 256 mb 64mb etc OF DISCRETE GRAPHICS MEMORY is that saying the absolute exact same thing as DEDICATED GRAPHICS MEMORY. I have yet to get a solid answer from from store sales reps.

    What would be a reliable source to look it up in. Somewhere where I can get a definitive answer with not vagueness (like most computer vendor site)
