    The prices are calculated from Russian Ruble. You can pay with Mastercard or Visa, just click on the Mastercard/Visa logo in the drop-down menu when you hover the mouse over the price. and it will take you to the website where you need to enter the cc information.

    The games activate and download from Steam.

    Sheesh... I just paid $50 for XCOM, like, less than a week ago. That's a pretty quick sale for a just-released game!

    I would set the website's language to English if I were you. Use the drop-down menu at the top-right corner of the website.

    This totally region locked. And there is NO WAY around it.

    Sure you can activate and download via a VPN but you will also have to start the game via a VPN too.

    100% Region restricted this time.
