It could be a lot of things.

Most likely are heat, a driver issue, or a bug in the game.

Make sure your laptop is on a flat surface or a cooling pad or something and that the vents are unobstructed, and update your video card drivers.

Also try to remember if anything specific in the game seems to trigger the issue.

I signed up on these forums for you personally, letting you know how to fix your problem.

I was having the exact same problem and I believe I've solved it! :D

    First go here: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

    or here: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/

Download the latest driver, once you've done that...

Completely turn off or exit your anti-virus or else key parts will fail to be installed.

Then uninstall your current driver in programs and features in your control panel. Also unistall Java as well. Your desktop will look huge for the moment but don't let that scare you.

Now it is time to install that driver, so do so. When that's done, download and install Java. (If you leave Java installed while installing the driver you may not even be able to go into runescape high detail.)...that was the case for me.

Hope this helps! worked for me mate. :)

    btw I also have a Geforce 9200 M GS

Before doing that ^ I would recommend to test your graphic card in other games. I have the big brother of your card (9300m GS 512 mb) and I have absolute no problems.
